He decided to come to America and work at the Sunup-Sundown store. "Here I get the day shift, astronomers always have to take the night shift" Jem befriended Binge after Binge was his only customer on September 12th. When Jem asked why, Binge responded "I may not be a Fed, but I think it's obvious you weren't one of the pilots" Jem offers wisdom and insights to Binge, which Binge inevitably ignores.

Hailing the word of God, the freedom of this great nation and financial security. An advocate of freedom, Jimmy insists everything would be a lot better if everyone just saw things his way. Martin's credibility is at stake for heralding Binge as the first great artistic genius of the 21st century. Everyone else thinks Binge is a moron. Martin has made it his calling to be the one to get Binge world renowned. Binge's life's calling is to "stay entertained until I die."

Keysburg Beach's senior cop, his goal is to make it thru to retirement with "as little paperwork as possible." Binge often is a challenge to that goal. Sergeant Nick is a man who loves to win a wager. Binge has discovered he can get out of trouble by saying "I bet you five bucks you're going to arrest me" Nick always wins the bet. Sergeant Nick can often be found at the Sunup-Sundown convenience store doing scratch off lotteries with a 9 mm bullet.
Valerie, the owner of The Valerie Gallery. The only art gallery in town, and only source of Binge's income. The reason that two despise each other is a mystery. Many believe it had to do with Binge's surprise performance art piece "Paint Wrestling With Porn Stars, In Yellow" Binge asked "I don't get it, we both dig chicks, why can't we just get along?" Valerie replied"The reason I dig women is because of men like you"

The first time Binge saw Athena DeCruel perform, he agreed to trade his soul for her. Soon after Binge had gotten to know her, he had wished he had asked for a receipt. After Satan got to know Binge, the thought of eternity with him sent Beelzebub into a deep depression. Satan is trying to figure out how he can back out on the deal.

He often can earn five bucks from Binge if he humiliates himself enough. Mike the Crackhead has been seen running naked thru town with a paint bucket on his head. Once performed Tom Jones songs atop newspaper boxes on Main St. Lately he has become famous as the "guy who eats boogers," an Internet cult video that Binge took and sold.
